On the day you may wish to have a table plan, this saves guests walking around every table trying to find their seating place. It is simply positioned in the entrance hall or at the front of the reception room allowing guests to look at it on their way into the room.
You may decide to simply name tables by numbers or you can use a theme, the choice is yours.
You can make the seating process even easier by placing table numbers or names on each table as well as the table plan at the entrance.
All of which will co-ordinate with the rest of your wedding stationery.
